CUSTOM SUNBURST 

SAMARIUM COBALT NOISELESS PICKUPS 

This custom guitar has nothing less than the best hardware including  an ebony 22-fret neck. The pickups are Fender's latest and greatest Samarium Cobalt pickups.

This combination of quality hardware results in an excellent playing and nothing short of a great sounding instrument. This guitar's tone and sustain is a cut above the rest. 

HARDWARE DESCRIPTION:

Neck - 22-fret Rock Maple with EBONY fingerboard

Tuners - Sperzel Satin Chrome. To achieve the proper string angle over the nut the string posts on these tuners are graduated decreasing in height from the low E to the high E. There is no need for a string tree with these tuners.

Electronics - The volume and tone controls are 250k mini pots with a .1mf capacitor wired as a standard Fender 60's strat as depicted in this wiring diagram:

PICKUPS - The pickups in this guitar are a set of BLACK FENDER SAMARIUM COBALT NOISELESS pickups: 

Designed by legendary pickup designer Bill Lawrence who worked closely with Fender's engineering team the new SCNpickups utilize miniature Samarium Cobalt magnets and special alloy pole pieces to create a noiseless pickup that is both responsive and articulate.

Tremolo - The tremolo is a Wilkinson style chrome bridge with three springs and floating block.
